Refund Policy

Effective as of

At iDigitalPro India, we deliver premium digital solutions — from custom web development and branding to enterprise software. Our refund policy is built on fairness and complete clarity. Please review these terms carefully before engaging our services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service not initiated: Full refund if cancellation is requested within 3 business days of payment and no work has started.
  • Milestone-based projects: Only unstarted milestones are refundable. Once a milestone is in progress or delivered, that amount is non-refundable.
  • Technical inability: If we confirm in writing that the agreed technical specifications cannot be met, a proportional refund may apply.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed digital assets: Delivered and approved designs, source code, or marketing collateral.
  • Consultation & strategy sessions: Fees for advisory calls, audits, or roadmaps are non-refundable after the session.
  • Third-party costs: Domain registrations, hosting, stock licenses, or paid plugins procured on your behalf.
  • Custom software development (beyond 30% completion): Refunds after significant progress are evaluated case-by-case but are generally not available.

3. Partial Refunds & Project Cancellation

If you cancel after work begins, we calculate the refund based on the percentage of work not yet performed. A detailed statement of completed vs pending tasks will be provided. An administrative fee of 8% of the unused balance or ₹1,500 (whichever is lower) may apply for processing.

Important: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@idigitalpro.com from your registered email. Verbal requests are not valid.

4. Refund Timeline & Payment Method

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. International transactions may take up to 14 business days. All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Dispute Resolution

Most concerns are resolved through direct discussion with your project manager. In the rare event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation in New Delhi, India before formal legal action, in accordance with Indian law.
